IMPORTANT: This app is a tool for informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always read the physical label on food packaging. Ingredients can change without notice, and OCR (text recognition) technology may occasionally misread labels. Use this app at your own risk.

3. License to Use We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control.

4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

• Use the app for any illegal purposes.

• Interfere with the app’s security-related features.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Allergy Scanner / IngreGuard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including allergic reactions or health issues) resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
